4 large fresh tomatoes
4 lettuce leaves
1 medium cucumber
Rinse vegetables; pat dry. Core tomatoes. Slice each very thin vertically to but not through bottom. Slice cucumber thinly. Insert cucumber sliced between tomato slices. Place tomato fans on lettuce lined plates.
