Charlene's Recipe

Vanilla ice cream

Makes 30-35 scoops

6 cup milk
2 cup sugar
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
1 (5 1/4 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix

Combine all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Pour into 5 quart ice cream freezer container and freeze according to freezer container instructions. Ripen at least 1 hour.
