4 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 oz cottage cheese
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 boxes of cornbread mix (Jiffy is what i use)
10 oz broccoli, chopped
1 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together and bake 20-25 minutes at 400 F.
