Pumpkin Cake

Serves 12-16
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cup flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup pumpkin
Cream cheese frosting (My recipes "Dips and Sauces"

Combine eggs, sugar and oil in mixer bowl; beat until smooth. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in pumpkin. Spoon into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove to wire rack to cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
