1 1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
Combine oil, eggs, sugar and orange juice in mixer bowl; beat until creamy. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add sifted ingredients to eggs mixture gradually, mixing well after each addition.
Add vanilla, apples and pecans; mix well. Spoon into greased 13x9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
