Chili cooks burger

1 cup each, finely chopped celery, bell pepper and onion
1-2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 cup tomato ketchup (My recipes "Dips and Sauces")
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Burger rolls (My recipes "Breads"

In a large skillet, cook and stir chopped vegetables in oil until tender, about 10 minutes. Add beef; cook and stir, breaking up and browning meat, about 15 minutes. Drain off excess fat, if needed.
Add brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, tomato ketchup, beef broth and vinegar, stir to combine all ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, spoon mixture on Burger rolls, top with tomato and dill pickle slices.
