Best ever chocolate chip cookies

Makes 3 1/2 dozen
Ready in <30 minutes
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg (12 oz.) extra large or regular semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 375 F.
In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar and beat until light brown and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, until batter is smooth and creamy. Beat in vanilla.
Beat in sifted flour mixture until well combined. Fold in semisweet chocolate chip, white chocolate chops and walnuts. With a spoon or small ice cream scoop spoon 2 Tbsp. of batter per cookie on to ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in heated 375 F oven for 9 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on sheet for 2 minutes. Remove to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
