Crunchy onion chicken

Serves 4
Ready in 35 minutes

2 cups french fried onions
2 Tbsp. flour
4 (5 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Crush french fried onions with flour in a plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 F until cooked through.
