Hot Cocoa For a Crowd

Serves 22 6 oz. servings

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup hot water
1 gallon milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in 6 qt. saucepan; gradually add water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Add milk. Heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently. Do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve hot.
