New Orleans Stew

1 (1 lb.) pkg. Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage (any variety), sliced bite-sized
1 large onion, chopped
2 large bell peppers, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning, salt and pepper
4 ears corn on the cob, broken in quarters
1 lb. shrimp, raw, unpeeled
Salt and pepper to taste

Put onion, bell pepper and celery ribs into stew pot or soup pot, allowing enough water to cover ingredients. Add seafood seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Boil 10 to 15 minutes.
Add sausage and corn on the cob, and boil 5 to 10 minutes. Add shrimp and boil an additional 3 minutes.
Remove pot from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain in colander.
