Cream cheese icing

Makes 1 1/2 cup

Beat 6 oz. room temperature cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. room temperature butter, 1 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp. grated lemon rind in a medium bowl until mixture is blended and smooth.
