White chocolate frosting

Makes 3 cups

Melt 6 squares (1 oz. each) white baking chocolate in top of a double boiler, stirring, over simmering (not boiling) water. Beat 8 oz. room temp cream cheese and 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Add melted chocolate and 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar and beat until smooth.
