Cheesy Quesadillas

Serves 4

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragu Chunky Pasta Sauce*
8 (8-in.) soft taco size flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)


Preheat oven to 400 F. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef with onion and salt over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in chilies and 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce; set aside.
Meanwhile, evenly brush one side of 4 tortillas with 1/2 of the olive oil. On cookie sheets, arrange tortillas, oil-side-down. Evenly top with 1/2 of the cheese, beef filling, then remaining cheese. Top with remaining 4 tortillas, then brush tops with remaining olive oil.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve, cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve with remaining Pasta Sauce, heated.
