Sloppy Joes On Buns

Serves 8

2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Chunky Pasta Sauce
8 hamburger buns

Brown ground beef with onion in 12-inch nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in Pasta Sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Serve on buns.
