Chocolate glaze

Makes 1 cup

Melt 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter and 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring ovvasionally. Stir in 1 Tbsp. corn syrup and 2 Tbsp. water until blended. Stir in 1 cup confectioners' sugar until smooth.
