Chocolate cream cheese frosting

Makes 4 cups

Beat together 1 1/2 packages (8 oz. each) light cream cheese, 6 squares (1 oz. each) melted unsweetened chocolate, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. salt in a medium bowl until creamy and smooth. Gradually beat in 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar alternately with 2-3 Tbsp. milk until blended and a good spreading consistency.
