3 eggs
salsa
salt and pepper, to taste
butter or margarine
chopped additives (bacon, cheese, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, cooked ground sausage, tomato, etc.)

Butter a pan and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Add eggs, a handful of veggies (optional), and scramble. When the eggs are almost done, but are still sort of wet, add a spoonful or two of salsa depending on if it is mild or hot. Continue cooking the eggs until they are fluffy. They should look slightly pink.
