Caramel-apple cream

Yeild: 2 1/4 cup

Heat 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Add 2 medium Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced; cook until slices are softened slightly. Add 1/4 cu firmly packed light brown sugar, 3 Tbsp. half and half and 1/8 tsp. ground all spice; cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes.
