Cheeseburger tacos

Makes 6-8 servings

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
3/4 cup water
8 hard taco shells
8 soft flour tortillas
1 packet (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 packet (3 oz.) taco sauce
1 packet (3 oz.) Land 'o' Lakes cheese sauce
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
16 leaves green leaf or iceberg lettuce
2 cups chopped tomato
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup chopped onion
1 jar (10.75 oz.) Salsa con Queso

Cook and stir beef in medium skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink. Drain and discard fat. Stir in water and seasoning mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir 5-6 minutes or until thickened.
Add cheese and mustard; stir until cheese is melted.
Place lettuce in warmed taco shells and tortillas. Top with beef mixture, tomato, relish, onion, taco sauce and salsa con queso.
