Makes 8 enchiladas

2 cans (10 oz. each) enchilada sauce, divided
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup refried beans
1 packet (1.25 oz.) Chipotle taco seasoning mix
8 (8 inch) soft flour tortillas
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mexican cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 1/2 can enchilada sauce onto bottom of dish.
Combine chicken, 1 can enchilada sauce, beans and seasoning mix in medium skillet over medium low heat. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
Wrap tortillas with clean, lightly moistened cloth or paper towels. Microwave on high (100 % power) 1 minute, or unti hot and pliable. Spoon chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place in prepared dish, seam side down. Top evenly with remaining 1/2 can enchilada sauce and cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
