Tortilla chips with beans and salsa

Complete in 30 minutes
Serves 10-12

12 (8 inch) soft flour tortillas
olive oil cooking spray
2 cans (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup taco sauce, hot
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 packet (1.25 oz.) chili seasoning mix
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa, medium
fresh cilantro or parsley sprigs

Preheat broiler. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Arrange on baking tray; coat with cooking spray. Place under broiler, and bake until crisp and golden brown, 1-2 minutes per side. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
Place beans in blender or food processor. Process until almost smooth. Add taco sauce and lime juice. Process again until smooth. Spread bean mixture over bottom of large platter.
Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over top. Top with green onions. Spread sour cream evenly over mixture. Top evenly with salsa. Garnish with cilantro and serve with tortilla wedges.
