Caesar Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheesee
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can(4 oz.) fire roasted diced green chiles
2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and separated into leaves
Cut up fresh vegetables (optional)

Combine all ingredients except lettuce in a medium sized bowl; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve with lettuce leaves or other raw vegetables, if desired.

TIP: To create a dish special enough to be served as a passes hors d'oeuvre at parties, spread a large dollop of the dip onto ends of endive or small romaine lettuce.
