Taco seasoning mix

Makes 3 packets

6 tsp chili powder
5 tsp paprika
4 1/2 tsp cumin2 1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in an air tight container. Mix by shaking well or stirring with a fork. Store in a dry place up to 6 months.
Makes 1/2 cup. 2 1/2 Tbsp equals one packet of store bought taco seasoning.
