Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Makes 1 loaf (16 slices)
Complete in 2 hours 15 minutes

1 basic white bread recipe (recipe under my recipes)
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Prepare Basic white bread through step 1. Add granulated sugar in flour and salt in step 2. Continue with recipe through step 4.
Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pan. Roll out dough out to a 20 x 8-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Brush surface with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up from a short side. Press ends to seal; fold ends under loaf. Place, seam side down, in prepared pan. Cover; let rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400. Bake 25-30 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan to a rack to cool.
