Sourdough coffee bread

1/2 cup malt sourgdough starter ( see instructions below* )
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup bread flour
1/4 cup gluten flour
1 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 water
1/4 cup cold coffee
1 tbsp canola, safflower or sunflower oil
1 tsp honey
1 package active dry yeast

Mix the ingredients according to the manufacturer's instructions and choose the Whole Wheat setting. Allow the bread to cool fully before slicing, eating or storing.
