Mexican Cream

1 lime, juiced
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

In a nonreactive bowl, stir together all of the ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.
