BBQ wings

Serves 6
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp red wine vinegar
5 drops hot pepper sauce
5 green onions, sliced
1 tsp salt
Heat oven to 375 F. Grease a large baking pan. Cut off wings and save tips for soup or stock. Cut trimmed wings in half at joint. Combine chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, green onions and salt in a large boel. Add wings, toss to coat.
Place wings on prepared baking pan. Bake in heated 375 F oven, turning every 15 minutes, 45 minutes or until fully cooked. Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil wings on both side until crisp, 2-3 minutes per side.
