Spicy skillet chicken

Serves 4
Complete in 26 minutes

1 1/2 tsp citrus or lemon pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 lbs total)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup mango chutney, chopped orange slices for garnish (optional)
Chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Combine citrus pepper, ground red pepper, ginger and garlic salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken breast halves.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook, turning once, 12 minutes or until internal temperature registers 170 on an instant read thermometer. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
Add orange juice and chutney to drippings in skillet; cook, stirring, until thickened slightly, 4 minutes. To serve, spoon some sauce onto 4 serving plates. Place chicken on sauce and top with remaining sauce. (Garnish with orange slices and chives, if desired)
