Beef taco bake

Prep/Bake time: 40 minutes
Serves 4

1 lb ground beef
1 cup Chunky salsa OR Picante sauce
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces OR 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup milk

Cook beef in a medium skillet over medium high heat unti beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 the cheese. Spoon into 2 quart baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
