Creamy Dijon Parmesan dressing

Makes 1 1/2 cup
Complete in 5 minutes

1 cup buttermilk
1 container (8 oz) sour cream
1/3 grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper

Place buttermilk, sour cream, parmesan, mustard, lemon juice and pepper in a food processor or blender. Whirl until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
