1 1/2 lb tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3/4 tsp salt
Tortilla chips for serving

Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice and salt into a medium sized bowl. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
