Cheese toasts

Makes 24 servings
Complete in 20 minutes

4 sliced of bacon, chopped, cooked until crisp and drained
1/3 cup chopped pitted ripe black olives
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce
12 slices of party rye bread
1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Heat oven to 375. Mix bacon, olives, chives, parsley, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Spread on bread slices; top with cheese. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in heated oven 10 minutes to melt cheese. Cut into triangles. Serves immediately.
