Easy cheesy bacon potato soup

3 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
8 oz cheese spread with bacon

In covered medium saucepan over high heat, combine the potatoes, onions, water and bouillon. Bring all to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Add the cheese spread and mash with a potato masher. Add more water if a thinner soup is desired.
