Oreo cookie cake

1 bag of Oreo cookies (16 oz)
1 stick margarine
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 large chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 cup milk
1 large cool whip
Melt margarine in pan and add crushed cookies. Pack in bottom for crust. Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar and half cool whip and spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk and spread over cream cheese layer. Add remaining cool whip and cookie crumbs or nuts.
