1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 tsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp basil leaves
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake until thoroughly blended. Pour over salad greens or over chilled, cooked or raw vegetables. Store dressing in regrigerator jar, bring to room temperature before using.
