Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

2 1/2 lbs. (12-15) whole chicken wings or (24-30) split wing pieces
3 Tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Cut whole wings at joints, discard wing tips. Place the 24-30 pieces on an absorbent paper to dry. To cook choose one of the following methods.

DEEP FAT FRY- At 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.

OVEN BAKE- spread wings in single layer on sheet pan, 450 degrees F for 35 minutes or until done.

Melt 2 Tbsp. butter/ margarine in a saucepan, add 3 Tbsp Texas Pete hot sauce- stir well. To coat- place cooked wings and blended sauce in large covered bowl, shake gently. To serve- use tongs/slotted spoon to place wings on place. Serve with celery sticks and Blue cheese dressing.
