Broccoli casserole

2 (10 oz) packages of chopped frozen broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 stick margarine

Cook broccoli in cup boiling water for 5 minutes (according to package directions). Drain. Mix all ingredients together, except stuffing and margarine. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish; top with crushed stuffing or Ritz crackers. Dot with margarine. Bake for 45 minutes on 350.
