Slaw

1 large cabbage
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 cup sugar
Dice bell pepper and onion together. Layer cabbage and onion-pepper mix in a large mixing bowl. Pour 1 1/2 cups of sugar over this.

Boil together:
1 cup vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
2 tsp mustard
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp sugar
Pour this over all and do not stir. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Better overnight. Stir well before serving. Good to store in Ziploc bag.
