Charlene's Recipe

One gallon ice cream

6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups half and half
1 lrg can evaporated milk
5 1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon
1/4 tsp salt

Beat eggs until lemon colored; add sugar gradually. Continue beating until think. Add remainder of ingredients and freeze.
