Who wants to bother boiling cabbage leaves and rolling up ground beef? This no-fuss recipe tastes just as good!

Ingredients:

1 small head cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
2 pounds lean ground beef
28 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:

Crumble uncooked* ground beef in crock pot
Mix in onion, garlic, salt and pepper
Remove core from cabbage and cut into wedges
Arrange cabbage over meat mixture
Pour tomato sauce over cabbage
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until veggies are tender

*for lower fat content, brown ground beef and drain prior to adding to crock pot
