Roast Beef with Horseradish

Ingredients:

3-4 lbs beef roast
6-8 small red or white potatoes (peeled)
3 onions - quartered
1 lb baby carrots
1 small head cabbage – cored & sliced into eighths
1 (8.5 ounce) jar horseradish
1 cup beef broth
Salt & ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Place baby carrots in crock pot.
Add roast beef, fat side down.
Cover roast with horseradish.
Add cabbage, onions, potatoes and broth.
Cover and cook on high for 5-7 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
