Fettuccini with Garlic, Green Onions & Mushrooms

A light and wonderful dish!

Ingredients:

2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
½ cup white wine
Salt & pepper to taste
¼ tsp celery seed or 1-2 celery stalks finely chopped
1 tsp dried basil leaves
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
12 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
8 oz hot cooked fettuccine

Directions:

Heat butter and olive oil in skillet and add, garlic, onions, mushrooms and spices
Cover and sauté for 15 minutes.
Add wine and tomatoes, uncover, and simmer until liquid is reduced by ½
Stir in hot cooked fettuccine and serve...
