Ingredients:

3 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 pound round steak, cut in strips
1/2 cup water, divided
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
16 oz package frozen vegetables (stir-fry, Italian, broccoli & cauliflower,etc)
1 tsp red chili pepper

Directions

In a skillet, heat the oil and stir-fry steak. Brown and set aside.
Next, add vegetables, half the water, red chili pepper, garlic powder, and parsley .
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, remaining water, cornstarch,
and ginger.
Blend well, then add to the skillet; return the meat.
Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Serve with sticky rice.
