4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups flour
2 8- ounce bars fat free cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup mini disk Milk Chocolate Candies
Line 9" brownie pan with foil. Beat butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt; then fold in flour. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and blend. Press into pan, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 Mix together cream cheese and remaining sugar; when smooth, add eggs (one at a time) and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Remove crust from fridge, and bake for 20 minutes. When done, pour cream cheese mixture over top. Bake for 40 minutes, let cool. Once cool, top with Milk Chocolate Candies and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, remove and cut into triangle shapes.
MAKES ABOUT 32 SERVINGS.
