our favorite restaurant grilled beef kebabs

marinade:

1 cup beef broth / beef bouillon
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp thyme leaves
2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP olive oil

mix well, set aside.

Cube 1 pound of sirloin steak that has been frozen, which will make cutting easier.
Drop into large ziplock bag.
Wash 1 green bell pepper, seed and cube.
Drop into large ziplock bag.
Wipe clean 5 white mushrooms and slice into quarters.
Drop into large ziplock bag.

Dump Marinade into Bag, Seal Well and turn to coat meat and veggies.
Place Ziplock Bag on tray and place into fridge.
15 minutes into marinading meat, turn bag to coat all contents well.
Marinade for 15 more minutes.

Thread Meat, Bell Pepper and Mushrooms as you like on metal OR bamboo skewers, which have been soaked to prevent burning when cooking.

Heat Cast Iron Grill Pan on High to med High on stove burner.
When sufficiently hot, place kebabs on Grill Pan and Grill to desired doneness.. these are very very tasty..ENJOY!
Good w/ a rice Pilaf!!
