- 1 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other commercial hot sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped very fine
- 6 cups Asadero cheese, shredded
Add the beer to the crock pot. Slowly whisk in the horseradish, garlic, and hot sauce. Add the onion, jalapenos, and cheese and stir gently to combine. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for about an hour or until the cheese is melted and hot. Stir before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
