- 1 cup cold strong coffee
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
- 1 pint coffee ice cream
- powdered instant coffee, to taste
- ground cinnamon, to taste
Combine the cold coffee, heavy cream, and sugar in a small punch bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Scoop out small balls of coffee ice cream using an ice cream scoop and float them in the coffee punch. Sprinkle the punch with the instant coffee granules and cinnamon. Ladle the punch into glasses and serve each with a spoon.
