NEW CROCKPOT spaghetti meat sauce

28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1/4 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Cajun spice blend
1 tbsp chili powder
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste!

1 lb ground chuck, browned and drained

1 small can mushroom pieces

Brown beef in skillet. Add 2 garlic cloves, chopped, to beef and stir to blend.

Place cooked beef in Crockpot. Add other ingredients in order and give sauce a good stir. Add mushroom pieces to top of sauce. Place lid on and cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW
