Lettuce Salad

1/3 c sour cream
1/2 c sugar
3/4 ts salt
1 ts vinegar
1 md head lettuce, cut up
1 sm onion, thinly sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs




Combine whipped sour cream with sugar, salt and vinegar; mix well. Combine lettuce, onion rings and 1 sliced egg. Toss lightly. Slice remaining egg on top. Yield: 4 servings
