Chicken Dressing

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. chicken broth




Cook until vegetables are tender. 1 large loaf dried bread cut into cubes. 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. milk 1 c. chicken broth 2 c. finely chopped chicken, cooked Add to vegetable mixture and mix .
